About Us

Unified School District 482 serves the city of Dighton, Kansas and the immediate rural areas surrounding our community.

The Board of Education, Administration, Teachers, and Staff work daily to provide a first-class teaching and learning environment to students spanning grades pre-kindergarten through the senior year of high school

Our students are served in two separate buildings, Prek-6 at Dighton Elementary and 7-12 at Dighton Junior Senior High School. Enrollment stands at approximately 250 students, Prek-12.

New construction and remodeling on both campuses is complete and contain the latest equipment and technology for facilitating student learning.
